A View From On High
So last night was my Gram's 90th Birthday Party. It was held on the 37th Floor of the building she lives in. Drinks started to be circulated at 5:30 with finger foods....about 7 we sat down for dinner...Needless to say much wine was consumed by all adults...good food was consumed by all...children played...laughs were shared...tears were shed...and I got to spend it all with Family - one would be hard pressed to have made today better....but if you have to try...
Throw in a daylight view like this of Lake Michigan...
Or a view like this of the most beautiful skyline ever created by man...
and you have a nearly perfect celebration for a woman that has devoted 70 years of her life to her Family.
