UPDATE
As promised here's the latest in my world...The paperwork that my lawyer wanted me to go over was the revised version of a settlement proposal that TB's lawyer sent to us for review. Surprise of all surprises - the paperwork was good!!
Monday, my lawyer takes my signed copies to court and they set the dates for firm-up. In theory, this fuckin' divorce that has been 3 long years in process could be over this time next week (depending on finding space on the court docket).
This particular road has been long...winding, with many back-switches...lots of potholes, most of them axel-breakers...and for a while there has been no end in sight. Finally...I am approaching the end of this road and the view from here is fabulous.
